Job Summary

Our RN Clinical Educators have a unique opportunity to leverage their clinical nursing expertise outside of direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals and advocating for patient well-being through medical device technology.

Responsibilities

1. Train and educate Registered Nurses and Physicians on infusion pump medical devices, sets, and connectors used in critical care and oncology units.
2. Focus solely on in-servicing and education; no sales or bedside care responsibilities.
3. Travel regionally and nationally, requiring flexibility and a minimum availability of 2 weeks per month.
4. Provide peer-to-peer education, assess educational needs, and deliver effective training.
5. Utilize clinical expertise to address questions and concerns about medical devices.
6. Report updates and feedback to clients during and after assignments.

Job Requirements

• BSN and RN license required.
• At least 2+ years of ICU, Oncology, ER, or critical care experience within the past 5 years.
• Leadership experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with basic software programs and intermediate computer skills.
• Experience with IV pumps and pump education is desirable but not required.
