Job Description:

Our RN Clinical Educators have a unique opportunity to utilize their clinical nursing expertise outside of direct patient care, while collaborating with healthcare professionals and advocating for patient well-being through medical device technology.

You will be responsible for training and educating Registered Nurses and Physicians on infusion pump medical devices, sets outside the pump, and connectors, primarily used in critical care and oncology units.

Your main focus will be in-servicing and education only; this role involves no sales responsibilities and no bedside care. We seek candidates interested in expanding their skills in clinical education. This is a per-diem position requiring travel and flexibility to accommodate your current schedule.

Position Details:

• Per-diem position requiring regional and national travel.
• Minimum availability of 2 weeks per month is required.
• Travel to support customer needs across regions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff for medical device implementation.
• Assess customer-specific educational needs and collaborate to deliver effective training.
• Use clinical nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns regarding medical devices.
• Provide updates, reports, and feedback to clients during and after training sessions.

Job Requirements:

• BSN required.
• RN license required.
• At least 2+ years of ICU, Oncology, ER, or critical care experience within the past 5 years.
• Leadership experience (e.g., manager, educator, preceptor) is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable with basic software programs.
• Experience with IV pumps is desired but not mandatory.
• Super-user or pump education experience is a plus but not required.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate professional acumen.

The estimated pay range for this role is $37.00-$39.00 per hour, with actual compensation based on qualifications, location, and schedule. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may also be offered.
