Looking for experienced Workers Comp RN Field Case Manager Nurses across multiple cities in the country to facilitate progressive medical treatment/rehabilitation and/or timely return to work of injured worker; and to act as liaison for involved parties. If you are an RN and have at least 1.5 years of prior workers compensation experience, please apply!
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Sedgwick Field Case Managers work face to face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, progressive medical treatment, and timely return-to-work, while acting as a liaison and providing communication between all involved parties. While frequent travel is required, you will maintain a home-based office.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
EDUCATION AND LICENSING
RN licensure preferred; or a bachelor’s degree in health or human services with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC. Valid driver’s license and high-speed internet are required.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable pay range for roles in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, and location. The starting pay range for this role is $78,000-$95,000 with quarterly bonus potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, disability, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits.
