BayCare Health System in the Tampa Bay area seeks a Nurse Educator to advance clinical education and professional development for nursing staff. The role aligns with ANPD scope and standards and supports new hire orientation and ongoing competency.
Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs; conducting needs assessments; and serving as a clinical resource for direct care staff. Occasional weekends/on-call may apply.
