Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a passionate healthcare professional to deliver disease state education and clinical support to providers and staff. You will educate patients and staff in primary and specialty care, travel to high-demand areas, and present programs to healthcare professionals following client guidelines.

The role requires an active RN or Respiratory Therapist license and 3+ years in respiratory care.

Qualifications

• Active RN or Respiratory Therapist license required.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in respiratory disease state or related field.
• Previous pharma/biotech clinical educator or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to present to physicians and office staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% (car/air travel) with overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual disease state education and clinical support to healthcare professionals and office staff.
• Present Train The Trainer programs to HCPs, live and virtual, per client guidelines.
• Travel to high-demand areas to educate patients and Spanish-speaking patients as needed.
• Complete required training and competency assessments within set timeframes.
• Maintain timely documentation and administrative tasks, including activity reports and expense reports.
• Attend local and national meetings to stay informed and share knowledge with the team.
• Effectively manage territory assignments and travel outside territory when required.
• Identify referral pathways across multidisciplinary teams.
