Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a dedicated clinical educator to provide disease state education and clinical support to healthcare professionals and staff in primary care and specialty practices.

The role involves in person and virtual trainings, Train The Trainer programs, and travel up to 80% to educate patients, including Spanish speakers, with adherence to client guidelines and training standards.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist license required.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a respiratory disease state or related field.
• Pharma/biotech experience as clinical educator or in sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person and virtual disease state education and engagement calls to patients and offices.
• Present educational Train The Trainer programs live and virtual for Healthcare Professionals.
• Travel to high-demand areas to educate patients, including Spanish-speaking patients.
• Complete training and competency assessments within required timeframes; maintain records and reports.
• Attend local and national meetings/conferences to stay updated and exchange knowledge.
