Tri-anim Health Services is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to provide clinical education, product training, and hospital implementation support. The role emphasizes demonstrations, in-services, evaluations, and ongoing education to drive product adoption and market share across accounts.

You will collaborate with sales and clinical education teams, traveling up to 80% to support new and existing customers. A strong clinical background and presentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a respiratory therapist or critical care nurse.
• Licensed Respiratory Therapist or RN with critical care/anesthesia background.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and execution skills in a sales environment.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• Develop and manage client in-service and training programs for technology adoption.
• Manage pre-evaluation through post-evaluation processes for successful product conversions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical stakeholders within accounts.
• Enhance knowledge through on-the-job training and professional societies.
• Implement and execute sales strategies and provide product overviews during commercialization.
