Job summary

Inizio Engage in the United States seeks a passionate Nurse Educator to deliver disease-state education and clinical support to healthcare professionals and office staff in primary and specialty practices.

You will lead in-person and virtual trainings, travel to high-demand areas (including Spanish-speaking communities), and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care. RN/RT license and 3+ years in respiratory care required, with up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• Active RN or Respiratory Therapist license required.
• Associate's degree/Bachelor's/BSN or equivalent work-related experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in respiratory disease state or related field.
• Pharma/biotech clinical educator or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to present to physicians and office staff.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% by car/airplane with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual supplemental disease state, device education, and engagement calls to patients enrolled in the program.
• Present educational Train The Trainer programs to Healthcare Professionals live and virtual per client guidelines.
• Travel to assist in areas of highest demand for educating patients, including Spanish-speaking patients.
• Attend and complete all required training courses and competency assessments.
• Complete administrative responsibilities: daily computer updates, weekly activity summaries, monthly expense reports.
• Attend local and national meetings to stay informed and exchange knowledge within the team.
• Manage territory(s) as assigned and travel outside territory as needed.
• Uncover referral pathways across multidisciplinary teams.
• Document all activity related to patients and offices timely and accurately.
• Adhere to internal and external compliance and codes of conduct.
