Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a passionate nurse or respiratory therapist to provide disease-state education and clinical support to healthcare professionals and office staff in primary and specialty practices. You will deliver in-person and virtual education, present Train-The-Trainer programs, and travel as needed to educate patients, including Spanish-speaking populations.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist License Required.
• 3+ years of experience in a respiratory disease state or related field.
• Pharma/biotech experience as a clinical educator or in sales preferred.
• Ability to present to physicians and office staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% by car/air travel with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual disease-state education and clinical support to healthcare professionals and office staff.
• Present educational Train-The-Trainer programs for Healthcare Professionals per client guidelines.
• Travel to high-demand areas to educate patients, including Spanish-speaking populations.
• Complete training courses and competency assessments within required timeframes.
• Perform administrative tasks: daily updates, weekly activity summaries, monthly expense reports.
• Attend local and national meetings/conferences to stay current and share knowledge.
• Effectively manage assigned territory and travel as needed.
• Document all activity with patients and offices accurately and timely.
• Adhere to internal/external compliance and codes of conduct.
