Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to lead clinical demonstrations, education, and ongoing support for BLX and zygomatic solutions across dental practices. You will deliver chairside and virtual training, assist with new product introductions, and support restorative workflows while travel up to 70%.

Work with territory managers and DSOs to ensure service quality, promote product adoption, and share best practices.

Qualifications

• Certification in dental assisting or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a dental setting, implant experience preferred.
• Ability to educate groups and individuals on restorative and surgical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical demonstrations and instruction on Straumann products including IFUs and clinical benefits.
• Deliver in-service education to increase product adoption and satisfaction.
• Offer chairside and virtual support for doctors and teams across restorative workflows.
• Support first surgeries and clinical implementations for BLX and zygomatic systems.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to ensure service and training across DSOs.
