Job summary

Straumann Group seeks a Clinical Support Specialist to provide clinical demonstrations, instruction, and ongoing support for BLX and zygomatic solutions in education and clinical settings. This field-based role may travel up to 70% and covers VA, NC, SC, and GA.

Responsibilities include chairside and virtual support, product rollouts, and collaboration with territory managers to expand product usage. RDH/CDT or dental assistant credentials and 5+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience in a dental environment with implant experience preferred.
• Certification as RDH, CDT, or Dental Assistant accepted.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical demonstrations and instruction on Straumann products, including IFUs, features, and clinical benefits.
• Deliver in-service education for new and existing customers to increase product adoption.
• Offer ongoing chairside and virtual support for doctors and clinical teams, including restorative and digital workflows.
• Support first surgeries and clinical implementations for Straumann BLX and zygomatic systems, independently or with a TM.
• Facilitate use of new products and gather feedback to share learnings.
