Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed registered nurse; BSN preferred; advanced practice not required.
- CHPN certification within two years of hire is required after start.
- At least five years in healthcare with education/research exposure.
- Experience with project management, technical writing, and performance technology.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver ongoing clinical education aligned with mission.
- Lead simulation education, debriefing, and data analysis.
- Design education frameworks and training materials.
- Assess learning needs of staff and leadership teams.
- Oversee orientation for new clinicians and staff education.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership on education initiatives.
- Support EMR competency development and education strategies.
