Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; master's preferred.
• Current Oregon RN license; HCP CPR, ACLS, and PALS certified; CORN required.
• Minimum 5 years of hospital nursing experience; teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with simulation manikins and software; clinical staff educator experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education and instruction to hospital staff focused on clinical topics.
• Develop and evaluate staff education programs with managers.
• Use simulation training with mannequins and software.
• Promote quality improvement through education activities.
