Job summary

Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Education Coordinator, Clinical Integration for the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. This role supports didactic courses, clinical rotations, workshops, and electives within the department, assisting the Department Chair and faculty.

The Education Coordinator will manage data entry for grades, Canvas/Top Hat materials, and exam prep, while coordinating schedules, communications, and administrative tasks across departmental teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years administrative support experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Experience working with Canvas and Top Hat is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and track grades for assignments, quizzes, examinations, attendance, and participation points.
• Update course Canvas materials/Top Hat programs and manage related data.
• Prepare exams for upload into Testing Center/ExamSoft systems.
• Coordinate distribution of handouts with Copy Center and maintain communications with students and faculty regarding schedules and policy changes.
• Schedule off-site lectures and proctor written exams when necessary.
• Initiate letters of agreement/payroll for guest lecturers and proctors; set up distance learning courses when needed.
