Job summary

VNA An Affiliate of Midland Care Connection is seeking an organized Administrative Education Assistant to support onboarding, employee education, and health-training activities across Midland Care locations.

You will create and maintain employee profiles, manage training assignments in Relias and other systems, prepare materials, calendars, and reports, and assist Clinical Educators with skills labs and compliance tasks. Occasional travel to Midland Care sites will be required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the coordination and preparation of new employee First Day Experience and onboarding activities.
• Creates and maintains employee profiles, training assignments, and education records in Relias, Elsevier, and other designated systems.
• Maintains spreadsheets, tracking tools, and reports related to employee education, training, and compliance requirements.
• Travels to Midland Care locations to assist with employee onboarding, education activities, training setup, and support for new or expanding locations.
• Assists with TB testing, N95 fit testing, employee health screenings, and related documentation in accordance with organizational policies and applicable scope of practice.
• Assists Clinical Educators with training activities, skills labs, and competency-related preparation and documentation.
• Maintains department files, reference materials, procedures, and other organizational resources.
• Coordinates ordering, inventory, and maintenance of educational supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Meets attendance and punctuality expectations.
