Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• RN license in New York required.
• AHA-BLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• 3 years of leadership/management experience in clinical settings.
• 2 years of management/educational experience; charge nurse experience acceptable.
• Experience with educational technology tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver clinical education programs for staff development.
• Coordinate education across departments to meet patient care needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and nursing practice.
• Maintain a visible presence across day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
