Job summary

VNS Health is seeking a remote-friendly Clinical Education Manager to plan, manage, and evaluate training programs for staff across multiple programs. This role involves developing curricula, coordinating annual training calendars, and ensuring compliance with nursing and social work standards while supporting field operations.

The position requires a NYS RN license, a BSN and a Master's in Nursing, and at least five years of Grievance and Appeals experience. Travel to NYC is expected monthly.

Qualifications

• Current license and registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum five years’ experience in Grievance and Appeals; knowledge of healthcare delivery and care coordination.
• Experience designing clinical education programs and adult learning strategies.
• Strong communication, coaching, analytical and organizational skills; computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manages and delivers program-specific clinical education to foster high-quality care.
• Develops annual training calendars to coordinate ongoing programs.
• Ensures education programs align with CMS Triple Aim framework.
• Designs and updates curricula to meet regulatory and program needs.
• Trains staff and oversees performance, including probation and remediation.
• Reviews program outcomes and recommends improvements.
