Formación

• English language proficiency required.
• Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by accrediting bodies (ACEN/CCNE) or equivalent.
• Licensure as a registered nurse in the United States or eligibility through a bridge program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert, evidence-based education to nursing staff in clinical and outpatient units.
• Develop and deliver instructional trainings and orientation for new employees.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support and evaluate educational responses and training needs.
• Coordinate nurse residency programs using simulation, lectures, case studies and virtual reality.
