Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
• Associate Degree required.
• Minimum of four years experience as a surgical technologist.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintains clinical affiliations at facilities for clinical and externship.
• Coordinates schedules for clinical rotations, coordinates faculty assignments for clinical staff
• Mentors and monitors clinical faculty
• Collects records and reports, retains case logs, and clinical evaluations
• Maintains a record of grades and submits final grades to PD/Registrar
• Attends faculty meetings and in-service activities; maintains CE and growth documentation
• Ensures compliance with state, federal, institutional, and program regulations
• Assist with student advising; assist Director of Education/coordination with administrative functions
