Job summary

The Straumann Group seeks a Clinical Support Specialist to deliver demonstrations and training for BLX and zygomatic solutions in clinical settings. This field-based role involves extensive travel and close collaboration with doctors, clinics, and Territory Managers to drive adoption and quality care.

You will educate on indications for use, support chairside and digital workflows, and assist with new product rollouts while aligning with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• RDH, CDT or Dental Assistant certification accepted.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in a dental environment; dental implant experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Dental Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical demonstrations and instruction on Straumann products, including IFUs, features, and benefits.
• Deliver in-service education for new and existing customers to increase product adoption.
• Offer ongoing chairside and virtual support for doctors and clinical teams, including restorative and digital workflows.
• Support first surgeries and clinical implementations for BLX and zygomatic systems, independently or with a TM.
• Facilitate use of new products and gather feedback for best practices.
• Coordinate rollout of new products across assigned DSO accounts with Territory Managers.
• Routinely co-travel with Territory Managers to coach clinical teams.
• Introduce and increase utilization of Straumann Group products within client facilities.
• Share best practices and feedback with the CSM team and leadership.
• Discuss treatment plans with doctors to support optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing on training materials and content.
