Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to deliver clinical demonstrations and training on BLX and zygomatic solutions in educational and clinical settings. The role requires travel up to 70% and strong knowledge of implant workflows, digital dentistry, and restorative procedures.

You will provide chairside and remote support, collaborate with territory managers, and help implement new products while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• RDH, CDT or Dental Assistant certification accepted.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in a dental environment; dental implant experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Dental Science, or related field preferred.
• Experience in DSOs or high-volume implant practices.
• Understanding of FDA QSR, ISO 13485, SOPs and quality systems.
• Strong communication, organization and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical demonstrations and instruction on Straumann products, including IFUs, features and benefits.
• Deliver in-service education to increase product adoption and satisfaction.
• Offer chairside and virtual support for doctors, including restorative and digital workflows.
• Support first surgeries and clinical implementations for BLX and zygomatic systems.
• Coordinate rollout of new products and promote utilization within customer facilities.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to train DSOs and clinics.
