Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to lead clinical demonstrations, training, and ongoing support for BLX and zygomatic solutions across dental practices and educational settings.

The role is field-based with travel up to 70%, providing instruction on IFUs, surgical and restorative workflows, digital solutions, and overdenture procedures. Strong communication and DOS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• RDH, CDT or Dental Assistant certification required or accepted.
• 5+ years of clinical dental experience preferred, with implant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical demonstrations and instruction on Straumann products, including indications for use (IFUs) and clinical benefits.
• Deliver in-service education to customers to promote adoption and satisfaction.
• Offer chairside and virtual support for doctors and clinical teams across restorative workflows and digital procedures.
• Support first surgeries and clinical implementations for Straumann BLX and zygomatic systems in coordination with team.
• Gather feedback on new products and share learnings and best practices.
