Your Health Organization is expanding its education team in the Augusta and Aiken area. We seek a Director of Clinical Education responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs to improve clinical outcomes and staff performance.

The role emphasizes mentorship, evidence-based practice, and collaboration with leadership across departments. The position is a full-time, 8-hour day role (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM), based in our Augusta and Aiken offices.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
• Master’s degree in Nursing Education preferred.
• CNPD or related certification preferred.
• Experience in developing online or blended learning programs.
• Proficient with technology-enabled patient care and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical resource, mentor, and guide to the interdisciplinary team.
• Advance evidence-based practice through education and support.
• Identify staff education needs and develop learning solutions.
• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to close knowledge gaps.
• Evaluate program impact and align with patient care quality metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement protocols for safe, high-quality care.
