Job summary

Western University of Health Sciences seeks a Clinical Education Affiliations and Faculty Credentialing Specialist to coordinate affiliation agreements and credentialing oversight. You will manage NPDB reporting, CME tracking, and contract coordination for rotations and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 2–4 years of clerical office experience in a high-volume setting.
• 2–4 years of project coordination experience in a large environment.
• Travel may be required; this is an in-person position.

Responsibilities

• Serve NPDB Administrator and manage credentialing for clinical faculty and rotations.
• Oversee re-credentialing and updates for faculty databases and records.
• Process rotation invoices and educational resource requests; monitor budget.
• Maintain affiliations, contracts, and reports for accreditation purposes.
• Ensure CME reporting compliance and liaison with regulators.
