  • Track credentialing deadlines and expirations; proactively notify students and follow up to ensure timely submission and renewal of documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with Clinical Coordinators regarding placement needs and facility credentialing requirements.
  • Serve as department liaison to Admissions, coordinating interview scheduling and involvement of Clinical Coordinators.
  • Facilitate connection between Admissions and new students from application through enrollment and matriculation.
  • Monitor credentialing status and generate reports for program leadership; ensure compliance with COA and site requirements.

SALARY:

$21.85 to $25.00+ per hour, the posted salary range representsthe minimum to the midpoint within RVU's compensation plan. RVU'sfull compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range.The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will beset based on a variety of factors, including but not limited toskill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for credentialing mattersacross all primary and enrichment clinical facilities, verifyingthat each student's credentialing file meets site-specific andprogram requirements and flagging deficiencies for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate, current credentialing records for eachstudent, including immunizations, background checks, drugscreenings, licensure, required certifications (e.g., BLS/ACLS),health documentation, and any facility-specific complianceitems.
  • Track credentialing deadlines and expirations; proactivelynotify students and follow up to ensure timely submission andrenewal of required documentation.
  • Coordinate closely and regularly with the ClinicalCoordinator(s) regarding clinical placement needs and facilitycredentialing requirements, flagging credentialing-related barriersto placement for resolution by appropriate program leadership.
  • Serve as the department liaison to the Admissions Department,coordinating interview scheduling and facilitating ClinicalCoordinators' participation in interviews and selection ofpreferred candidates.
  • Facilitate the connection between the Admissions Department and newly selected students, maintaining consistent communication fromapplication through selection, enrollment, and matriculation.
  • Communicate with facility credentialing offices, complianceofficers, and clinical site administrators to confirm studenteligibility and resolve documentation discrepancies.
  • Maintain the program's credentialing tracking system andgenerate status reports for program and clinical leadership uponrequest.
  • Coordinate regularly with the Assistant Program Director ofClinical Affairs on credentialing standards, placement readiness,and process improvements.
  • Support new-student onboarding by orienting incoming studentsto credentialing requirements and expectations for each clinicalfacility.
  • Identify opportunities to improve credentialing workflows andrecommend process enhancements to program leadership.
  • Closely monitor the Typhon system to ensure students aresubmitting required clinical case logs completely, accurately, andon schedule.
  • Coordinate with the Assistant Program Director of ClinicalAffairs and Clinical Coordinators, tracking and reporting onstudents' progress toward the clinical case exposure required tosit for the National Certification Examination (NCE) upongraduation.
  • Track individual student progress toward Council onAccreditation (COA) case log requirements, identify students atrisk of deficiency, and elevate concerns to the Assistant ProgramDirector of Clinical Affairs.
  • Track Council on Accreditation (COA) requirements and timelinesfor clinical site visits at each affiliated facility, and notifyprogram leadership of upcoming site visit needs.
  • Monitor the currency and renewal status of clinical facilityaffiliation agreements, flagging expiring or expired agreements tothe Assistant Program Director of Clinical Affairs for timelyrenewal.
  • Maintain current records of each Clinical Coordinator's nameand credentials at affiliated clinical facilities and secureupdated curriculum vitae (CVs) as required by the Council onAccreditation (COA) as part of the program's accreditationcompliance obligations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director ordesignee.
