The Pavilion Behavioral Health System in Champaign, IL, a 106-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital, seeks an Education Coordinator to support staff development and clinical orientation.

You will oversee training opportunities, assessment, development, planning, and evaluation of competency; require Bachelor's degree and IL license (RN or LCSW); competitive benefits package with tuition assistance and retirement plan offered by Universal Health Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• A working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations.
• Active RN or LCSW license in IL.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilitation of the educational process through assessment, development, planning, implementation and evaluation of competency assessment.
