Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or patient care required
• At least 4 years of nursing in an acute care setting
• RN licensure required per job setting
• BLS Instructor preferred
• ACLS Instructor preferred
• Master’s in Nursing/Education or CNS preferred
• Two years educational/healthcare training preferred

Responsibilities

• Operationalize adult learning principles to design classroom and online curricula
• Determine performance enhancement strategies aligned with educational philosophy
• Serve as a resource for departments in staff development
• Consult with organizational partners to meet education goals
• Facilitate workshops and classes with knowledge of adult learning
• Develop and troubleshoot educational content in a Learning Management System
