Job summary

OSF HealthCare seeks a Clinical Education Scholar to advance global and division-level clinical education with emphasis on inpatient Oncology and Chemotherapy services. You will design, develop, and assess programs to improve clinical competencies in collaboration with the Professional Development Department.

Requires RN licensure and BLS; ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC/ENPC instructor certs preferred. Strong communication, analytics, and EMR/software proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Nursing; MSN enrollment within 6 months of hire; RN licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP/ENPC or instructor credentials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; strong problem-solving and detail orientation; proficient with Microsoft Office and clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements education programs for clinical staff; collaborates with Professional Development and unit leadership.
• Acts as a change agent to improve performance and clinical competencies; supports inpatient Oncology and Chemotherapy education.
