Job summary

Stryker in New Jersey seeks a clinical educator/sales professional to conduct formal presentations to physicians and administrators, demonstrating clinical and financial benefits of Stryker devices across healthcare facilities. You will evaluate new products, drive usage, and provide feedback to product groups while supporting staff and customers with education and materials.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred in related field or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years related medical device experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Demonstrate effective educational and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation materials.
• Strong English language proficiency and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide information through formal presentations to Physicians and Administration customers detailing clinical/financial benefits of devices.
• Evaluate new products or enhancements to provide feedback to Product Development and Marketing.
• Work with customers to introduce, promote, and increase product usage within a facility.
• Assist with collection and dissemination of customer feedback.
• Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings and complete reports.
• Provide product support and education to users in person, in-service, or by written/verbal means.
• Continuously increase knowledge of developments to perform as a SME.
• Develop and disseminate information to executives and staff regarding customer acceptance during pre-sale/evaluation.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
