Job summary

Stryker is seeking a field-based professional to deliver clinical demonstrations and training on company products across healthcare facilities. You will present to physicians and administrators, explain clinical and financial benefits, and support product adoption in real-world settings.

Responsibilities include evaluating new devices, promoting usage, gathering customer feedback, and representing the company at educational events. Travel and ongoing education are required.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred in related field or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years related medical device experience.
• Great communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Maintain all certifications and vendor credentials.
• Strong presentation skills in diverse settings from one-on-one to large groups.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to concentrate on detail and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Strong influential skills and followership.
• Desire to participate in healthcare team in patient treatment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to develop presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical demonstrations and instruction in pre-sale, implementation, and post-sale situations.
• Provide information through formal presentations detailing clinical and financial benefits of devices.
• Evaluate new products or enhancements and provide feedback to Product Development and Marketing.
• Promote product usage within customer facilities and collect feedback.
• Represent company at trade shows or educational meetings and complete reports.
• Provide product support and education to users in person, in-service, or via written/verbal means.
• Continuously expand knowledge of developments in the market and company products.
• Develop information for internal executives regarding customer acceptance during pre-sale and evaluation.
