Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications required.
• Prior clinical experience including shadowing or volunteering strongly preferred.
• Ability to adapt to new workflows and quickly learn new concepts.

Responsibilities

• Joining the provider in the exam room to observe patient visits.
• Documenting patient encounters in structured notes.
• Assigning appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes.

Skills

Advanced listening and communication skills

Strong computer literacy

Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages

Education

Knowledge of medical terminology
