Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications [required]

• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by communities served [required where indicated]

Responsibilities

• Documenting patient encounters in a structured note with history, assessment, plan and exam
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes
• Prepare After Visit Summaries
• Support Clinical Documentation Improvement using population health tools
• Provide administrative support: orders, referrals, and care-team tasks
