United American Indian Involvement, Inc. (UAII) seeks a DMH Program Manager (Clinical) to oversee outpatient behavioral health services and ensure contract compliance with LA County DMH.

The role involves supervising staff, managing a caseload, and coordinating program reporting. The ideal candidate holds a CA-licensed Master’s in a behavioral health field, with 3+ years in program management and trauma-informed, culturally competent care for AI/AN communities.

Formación

• Master’s degree or higher in social work or related field with relevant licensure.
• Current CA license to practice independently (LCSW/LMFT/psychologist).
• Experience in behavioral health program management or supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Lead DMH program with staff supervision and quality improvements.
• Provide direct clinical services and carry a caseload as needed.
• Coordinate audits, reports, and data entry for grants.
• Ensure program compliance with LA County DMH requirements.
• Collaborate with partners and present at reviews and meetings.
