Job summary

United American Indian Involvement, Inc. seeks a DMH Program Manager (Clinical) to oversee outpatient behavioral health services for AI/AN communities in Los Angeles.

The role includes staff supervision, ensuring contract compliance, and coordinating with LA County DMH to maintain service quality. The position requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, CA licensure, and experience with program management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related behavioral health field; PhD/PsyD in Psychology accepted.

Responsibilities

• Participate in program leadership, supervise staff, and develop quality improvement strategies.
• Provide direct clinical services and carry a caseload.
• Facilitate Clinical Supervision sessions.
• Manage waitlist and oversee program compliance.
• Develop, monitor and evaluate program workflow; prepare reports.
