Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to learn ERP and business systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Define study-specific distribution needs with Project Management and resolve issues.
• Ensure execution aligns with customer expectations and scope.
• Manage customer order pipeline with Sales & Operations Planning.
• Coordinate scheduling of international and large-volume shipments.
• Generate and maintain Distribution Master Checklists.
• Ensure shipments comply with SOPs and customer protocols.
• Review material setup in enterprise systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
