Job summary

Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, Inc. seeks a Clinical Director VI to lead care delivery in a community-based behavioral health setting. You will supervise clinicians, plan program development, and ensure quality and compliance across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, staff development, and coordination with Integrated Health and Wellness and other CCBQ entities to improve outcomes for 1,150+ clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human service field from an accredited institution.
• Valid NYS LCSW license.
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to obtain Medicare UPIN credential and Managed Care Provider applications when eligible.
• Experience in providing services to persons with psychiatric or cognitive disabilities.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations within the five boroughs; flexible hours including weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of care in a behavioral health setting and ensure service effectiveness.
• Plan and coordinate program outcomes, strategic planning, accreditation efforts and program development.
• Provide or oversee supervision of staff with 24/7 response coverage.
• Engage in the RFP process and CQI/grant initiatives as needed.
• Support development of program budgets and monitor adherence to budgets.
