Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Ft. Collins, CO, seeks a Clinical Director to lead daily clinical operations, ensure program execution, and guide a skilled treatment team.

You will oversee client engagement, documentation, and professional development to sustain a recovery-oriented environment. Requirements include a Master's degree in a related field, 5 years of supervisory experience in hospital/residential settings, and Colorado licensure (LPC/LAC/LCSW/LMFT).

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure to practice as Clinical Director in Colorado (LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function.
• Ensure full execution of the clinical program roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere.
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary.
