Avenues Recovery Center is hiring for a Clinical Director at our Ft. Collins, CO facility. Lead daily clinical operations, drive the treatment roadmap, and mentor a skilled team to deliver recovery-oriented care.

Role emphasizes client engagement, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with Utilization Review to support best outcomes in a detox/residential setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field.
• 5 years of supervisory experience in hospital/residential settings.
• 3 years' experience with chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure to practice as Clinical Director in Colorado (LPC/LAC/LCSW/LMFT).

• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development.

• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary.

Now Hiring a Clinical Director for our newest Detox and Residential treatment facility, in Ft. Collins, CO.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred


• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients preferred


• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Colorado-LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMFT
