Avenues Recovery Center in Lake Ariel, PA seeks a Clinical Director to lead detox and residential services. You will supervise daily operations, implement the clinical program roadmap, and ensure high-quality client care across all shifts.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field, 5 years of supervisory experience, and appropriate licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT). Join a team dedicated to compassionate, recovery-oriented treatment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development

• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
