Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Indianapolis seeks a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our detox and residential facility. You will support the Clinical Director, manage daily operations of the clinical program, oversee client engagement, and help maintain a compassionate recovery environment.

Ideal candidates hold a MasterA rs degree or higher in a related field, have licensure in Indiana (LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC), and at least 3 years of chemical dependency or dual diagnosis experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in related field.
• 3 years experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure to practice in Indiana - LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC.
• Efficient and driven with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Positive, warm, and dignified character modeling recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment.
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in related field preferred
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
• Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role - LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC

• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
