Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Clinical Director to lead clinical operations for our early intervention center. You will mentor BCBAs and behavior technicians while shaping evidence-based programming aligned with each child and family’s needs.

The role requires a BCBA and LBA license, a master’s in ABA or related field, and at least 3 years of supervision experience. Expect a competitive salary, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA and LBA licensure in Maryland are required.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience including staff supervision.
• BACB supervision training completion.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Clinical leadership and oversight of ABA programming across the center.
• Supervise BCBAs and RBTs through observation, coaching and feedback.
• Review clinical data to drive continuous improvement.
• Guide onboarding and development for all new clinical staff.
• Collaborate with the Center Administrator on daily operations.
• Lead monthly BCBA meetings and ensure BACB supervision standards.
• Partner with families to create individualized, consistent care plans.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and ensure compassionate communication.
