May Institute’s School for Autism in Randolph, MA is seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead ABA programs across classrooms and school-based services.

You will mentor Assistant Clinical Directors and clinicians, develop and oversee ABA programs, train staff, and collaborate with educators and families to create individualized support plans. A Master’s is required, BCBA is mandatory, with 3+ years of school-based ABA leadership. $5,000 sign-on bonus and $98,000–$102,000 salary.

Qualifications

• Master’s (required), PhD (preferred) in a related field.
• BCBA required.
• 3+ years of experience designing ABA treatment programs in a school setting.
• Strong leadership in staff supervision, training, and problem-solving.
• Deep knowledge of ABA best practices, IEP processes, and special education regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead & mentor Assistant Clinical Directors and school-based clinicians.
• Develop & oversee ABA programs, including Functional Behavior Assessments and Verbal Behavior frameworks.
• Train & support teachers and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral interventions.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to create individualized support plans.
• Drive innovation by shaping clinical training and systems improvements.
