Children’s Specialized ABA in Eatontown, NJ seeks a Clinical Director for the Social Connections Program to lead clinical operations, mentor BCBAs and behavior technicians, and shape evidence-based programming aligned with each child and family. You will work closely with the Regional Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA and LBA in New Jersey licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience, including staff supervision.
• Completion of BACB supervision training.
• Ability to meet physical demands of working with young children.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for the Social Connections Program.

As Clinical Director, you will lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality services for children in their most critical developmental years. You'll serve as both a mentor and a visionary, supporting our talented BCBAs and behavior technicians while shaping evidence-based programming aligned with the unique needs of each child and family. You will be working closely with the Regional Clinical Director.

About the Social Connections Program

The Social Connections Program is a center-based, after-school ABA program for school-aged learners that combines individualized treatment with structured peer interactions. Through engaging social activities, learners build communication, social, emotional regulation, adaptive, and problem-solving skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.As a Clinical Director - Social Connections Program you will work a schedule of 10:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m., providing clinical leadership and support during the program’s after-school service hours.

What You'll Do:

• Clinical Leadership
• Oversee the development and fidelity of ABA programming across the center.
• Review and analyze clinical data to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure quality care by supervising BCBAs and RBTs through observation, coaching, and feedback.
• Guide onboarding and development for all new clinical team members.
• Collaborate with the Center Administrator on daily operations.

• Provide regular, meaningful supervision to RBTs and BCBAs.
• Lead monthly BCBA meetings and foster a culture of learning and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with the BACB supervision and ethical standards.
• Collaboration & Family Engagement
• Partner with families, caregivers, and professionals to create individualized, consistent care plans.
• Participate and support in interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care with allied professionals.
• Maintain open, compassionate communication with families throughout the treatment journey.

What You'll Need

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience, including staff supervision.
• Completion of BACB supervision training.
• Ability to meet physical demands of working with young children (e.g., bending, floor play, lifting up to 40 lbs).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Work Location & Hours

This is a hybrid position based out of Eatontown, NJ. This position follows a typical schedule of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. To stay connected to programming and team operations, the role requires monthly onsite visits to each location during evening program hours (5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.). Schedule flexibility is available on visit days, allowing employees to adjust their hours as needed. The Clinical Director is expected to maintain a 15-hour weekly billable caseload while providing clinical leadership, mentorship, and oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery and positive client outcomes.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000 per year.

Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
