Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Clinical Director to lead clinical operations for children ages 2-9. You will review cases, mentor BCBA staff, and guide families through onboarding to ensure effective treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and BCBA certification required.
• Experience directing programs for children with autism.
• Experience overseeing and training other BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Dive into case reviews and support BCBAs with real-time problem solving and feedback.
• Guide families through onboarding, tours, and assessments for new learners.
• Drive progress using clinical outcome metrics while fostering creativity, compassion and play.
• Partner with the Practice Manager to shape a positive, team-first culture.
• Oversee intake, tours, assessments, and onboarding for new learners; manage caseloads.
