Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in the United States seeks a Clinical Director to lead clinical programs for children ages 2–9, support BCBAs with real-time problem solving, and mentor staff through modeling and feedback. You will guide families through onboarding and aim to maximize client progress using our outcome metrics.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making, and a collaborative culture within center-based ABA, Speech, and OT services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and current BCBA certification.
• Experience overseeing and training other BCBAs.
• Experience in OBM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dive into case reviews, support BCBAs with real-time problem solving, and fuel professional growth through modeling, training, and meaningful feedback.
• Oversee tours, assessments, and the onboarding process for new learners and guide families through their first steps with us.
• Drive progress using clinical outcome metrics while maintaining creativity, compassion, and play at the center of care.
• Partner with the Practice Manager to shape a fun, positive, team-first culture and lead the center.
