Job summary

Avenues Recovery South Bend is seeking a Clinical Director to lead the Detox and Residential facility in South Bend, IN. You will provide daily clinical leadership, supervise the treatment team, and ensure the delivery of our evidence-based program across detox and inpatient services.

You will oversee client engagement, documentation, and collaboration with Utilization Review, while mentoring staff and advancing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development

• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
