Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Maryland is seeking a Clinical Director to lead daily clinical operations across our facility, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to the program roadmap. The role includes supervising a multidisciplinary team and supporting professional development.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a related field, is licensed in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, or CAC-AD), and has experience supervising in hospital or residential settings with emphasis on chemical

Qualifications

Master's degree in related field required.
5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience with chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.
Current Maryland licensure to practice as clinical director (LCSW-C, LCPC, CAC-AD).

Responsibilities

Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function.
Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap.
Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing oversight, support and professional development.
Oversee client engagement and morale, fostering a warm, recovery-oriented atmosphere.
Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/ residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/ dual diagnosed clients
Current licensure necessary to practice as clinical director in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, CAC-AD)
