Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a Clinical Director to provide daily clinical leadership, supervise the facility, and ensure adherence to the program roadmap. You will build and support a skilled treatment team and maintain high standards of client care.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree, 5 years of supervisory experience, and LA licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT). This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and career growth within a nationwide rehab network.

Qualifications

Master’s degree preferred.
5 years’ supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years’ experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients
Current licensure to practice as Clinical Director in Louisiana (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Responsibilities

Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility.
Ensure full execution of the clinical program roadmap.
Cultivate and maintain a skilled clinical treatment team with oversight, support, and professional development.
Oversee client engagement and morale, fostering a recovery-focused atmosphere.
Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary

What You'll Do

Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery - oriented atmosphere
Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree (or higher) in related field preferred
5 years’ supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years’ experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients
