Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a Clinical Director for our Detox and Residential treatment facility. You will provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to ensure smooth daily function and execution of the clinical program roadmap.

You'll cultivate a skilled treatment team, oversee client engagement and documentation, and collaborate with Utilization Review to maintain high-quality, recovery-focused care in a warm, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (preferred)
• 5 years supervisory experience in hospital/residential settings (preferred)
• Current Colorado licensure to practice as Clinical Director (LPC, LCSW)

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
• Ensure full execution of the clinical program roadmap
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team with oversight and professional development
• Oversee client engagement and morale, fostering a warm, recovery-oriented atmosphere
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary

What You'll Do

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery - oriented atmosphere
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients preferred
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Colorado-LPC, LCSW
