Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a Clinical Supervisor for our inpatient detox and residential treatment facility. You will oversee the clinical program, supervise staff, maintain documentation, and support Utilization Review to secure authorizations and client retention.

Preferred candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field, are licensed in Colorado (LCSW or LPC), and have 3+ years of experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in related field.
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
• Current licensure necessary to practice in Colorado (LCSW or LPC)

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in related field preferred
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
• Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role (LCSW or LPC in Colorado)
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
